We offer worldwide express shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For most international destinations, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. This ensures no hidden fees upon delivery. Please refer to our shipping page for a list of DDP eligible countries.
How do I care for my Cafuné leather goods?
To maintain the quality of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct light and moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dirt and store it in the provided dust bag when not in use.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications, but please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Cafuné provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
